What a great hotel, visting for Youth football tournament Cup1 . Was such very charming hotel. Very clean, very good WiFi, no AC but you leave the window open and get fresh air and it was very good. Breakfast was amazing, I mean the buffet set up had everything you could ask for, scrambled eggs, bacon, sausages, soft and hard boiled eggs, coffee, tea juices. Right on the Walk where theres lots of restaruants and shopping. great hotel, would easily stay here again! My room was Standard Queen Room - Non-Smoking comfy bed, very clean, wasroom was fantastic, tiled shower, I was nicely surprised. They have a lounge area next to front desk where we watched Euro 2024 matches on large TV Monitor. can grab a nice size drink and relax

Hotel is on main pedestrian area about halfway between train station & ferry terminal. Room was clean, comfortable & quiet. Hotel is handy for local shops & eateries. Excellent breakfast for great selection of hot & cold options.

Great location in the high street near to the ferry and train . Room was perfect for me as a sole traveller and good value for money. Breakfast was limitless and wide range of choices. Staff were all friendly and thankfully happy to speak English. Definitely would will stay again.

Nice old building charm, but every "touch point" is up to date. Beds are firm/hard, which is good for me, but not for everyone.

everything was super nice, rooms spacious and comfortable and clean, area nice etc, restaurant pleasant, and breakfast ok.

The location is very convenient - close to stores, bars and the train station and/or port. Breakfast was very good as-well.

Pretty great hotel overall, but one thing to note for cyclists: they have literal bike boxes where you can keep yours safe! I have never seen this elsewhere and now I wish it would be everywhere, thank you so much to whomever at this hotel thought of that!

I thought it was very nice that they had prepared a little gift bag for the dog and a dog bed to borrow. That made us and the dog very happy!

The location was exceptional to the historic town, the ferry landing, and the train station. Breakfast was delicious with a good amount of selections. The bed was comfortable and bathroom modern. We also ate dinner one evening and it was very tasty.
